Rebecca is a trial attorney practicing in all courts in Northern Virginia. Experience in custody, including initial custody determination, post-divorce custody modification, international custody disputes, guardianship, and supervised visitation. Experience in support, including modification or petition for child support and spousal support.  All aspects of equitable distribution, including real estate, retirement funds and pensions, division of accounts, and valuation and division of businesses. Focus on negotiation and mediation, but experience in discovery, pre-trial motions, and trial.

Graduated cum laude from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. At graduation, Rebecca won two awards, one for academic excellence in family law and the other selected by the faculty for distinction in the marketplace of ideas.

Rebecca lives with her husband and family in Northern Virginia. Prior to going to law school, she was a movie critic and journalist.
